Terms of Service

By using FlowMap you agree to these Terms and to the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What FlowMap is

FlowMap is an information service: it receives US options market data from third-party providers, processes it, and displays it as continuously updating tables, charts and alerts. Its principal purpose is to inform, not to advise or to induce anyone to trade.

2. Not advice, not licensed

Nothing on FlowMap is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. FlowMap is not licensed or supervised by the Capital Market Authority or any other regulator; it is not a broker or adviser and executes no trades. Every filter, alert or label describes data; it is not a signal.

3. Risk

Options trading carries real risk, and losses can exceed the amount invested. Use only money you can afford to lose. Your decisions are yours; seek licensed advice when you need it.

4. Eligibility

The service is for people aged 18 or over who can enter a binding agreement.

5. Data and service

Data comes from third-party providers and exchanges. We work to keep it live and accurate, but delays or interruptions can occur for reasons beyond our control; confirmed interruptions are compensated with extra days under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Subscription

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically according to the plan until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. Card details are stored by the payment provider, never by FlowMap. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Your responsibility

Your subscription is personal: the account is yours alone, and login details may not be shared or used by more than one person. The data and tools are for your own use only; they may not be copied, republished, resold or extracted automatically. You confirm you are of legal age and that the details you registered with are accurate. Violations may lead to account suspension without refund.

8. Ownership

The software, designs, indicators and brand belong to FlowMap. Market data remains the property of its providers and is subject to their terms. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service while your subscription is active.

9. Suspension

We may suspend an account for violating these Terms or on suspicion of fraud or abuse, without prior notice where needed to protect the service and its users.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for trading losses or any loss arising from reliance on the data or from service interruptions. In all cases our liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, the new version is shown once at your next sign-in and your acknowledgment is recorded again with the new version number.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run your account, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name and email, and a one-way-hashed password if you sign up by email. With Google sign-in we receive your name and email only.
• Disclaimer acknowledgment: version number, time and language.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and sign-in time, to protect the account and run the service.
• Usage preferences: language, filters and watchlists you save.
• If you link Telegram (optional): the chat identifier only, to deliver alerts.

2. What we do not collect

We do not store card numbers or payment details. Payment is handled by an independent payment provider under its own policy; we receive only your subscription status. We do not collect your brokerage account data or your actual trades. For automatic renewal we keep only the reference IDs issued by the payment provider, never card numbers or card data.

3. Why we use it

To run your account and subscription, protect the account from unauthorised access, send account and subscription messages, and improve the service. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the platform (hosting, database, email, payment), to the extent their work requires. And with authorities when the law obliges us. We do not sell or rent your data.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. After account deletion we delete your data or anonymise it, except what the law requires us to keep (such as subscription and acknowledgment records).

6. Your rights

You may access your data, correct it, request its deletion, and withdraw consent to marketing messages, under the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia. Send your request through the contact page; we may verify your identity before acting.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are never stored in plain text, and access to data is limited to those who need it to run the service.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for sign-in and for saving your preferences. No advertising trackers.

9. Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By creating an account or subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we may suspend any account found not to meet them.

When we update this policy we change the version number and date shown below and show it at your next sign-in.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are paid in advance, renew automatically according to the plan, and can be cancelled at any time. Refund requests are reviewed individually.

1. Billing and renewal

Each period is paid in advance. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period according to the plan, and the renewal is charged to the same payment method. Card details are stored by the payment provider, never by FlowMap. Payment is handled by an independent payment provider, and the price and currency are those shown at payment.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, so nothing more is charged, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid.

3. Refunds

You may request a refund by contacting us. Each request is reviewed individually on its circumstances; if approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method through the payment provider. This does not limit any right the law guarantees you.

4. Compensation for interruptions

A confirmed service interruption is compensated by adding equivalent days to the affected subscription. There is no monetary compensation. A delay or error in a third-party provider's data is not a service interruption.

5. Free trial

The trial length and conditions are shown at sign-up. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it does not convert to a paid subscription unless you ask.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, access is not extended until the payment succeeds.

7. Price changes

Prices and offers may change at any time. A change never applies during a period already paid. A discount shown on the site applies while it is shown. Adding a new plan is not a price change for existing subscribers.

8. Billing errors

If you were charged twice or an amount different from the displayed price, contact us and we will correct it or refund it.
